The software and its insights are not financial, tax or accounting advice. We never move or hold your money, we have no cards or payments of our own, and your data is bank-grade secure and never sold or used to train models.

No. Every plan is paid and priced per seat, which keeps the product focused on finance teams using Expenditure for real work. The interactive demo is the free way to try it, so you can pick a sample receipt and watch it get read, categorized and rolled into an up-to-date spend view before you choose a plan.
You pay per seat, in USD, monthly or yearly, and yearly saves 50 percent: it is exactly half the monthly price. Billed yearly, Starter is $12 per seat per month, Growth is $21 and Scale is $33; billed monthly they are $24, $42 and $66. Every seat gets receipt OCR, AI categorization and an up-to-date view of spend across cards, vendors and subscriptions. Enterprise is $49 per seat per month billed yearly, or $98 billed monthly, from 10 seats.
Each seat covers 200 receipts a month on every plan, pooled across the whole workspace, so a team of 3 seats can process 600 receipts a month between them. Transactions imported from a card or bank statement count toward the same allowance. It starts again on the first day of each calendar month, and when your team needs more you add seats from Billing in your workspace.
Yes. Starter and Growth start at 3 seats, Scale at 5 and Enterprise at 10, because Expenditure is built for a finance team rather than a single person. The smallest Starter order is $432 a year, which is $36 a month, or $72 a month on monthly billing. You add seats whenever the team grows, from Billing in your workspace.
No. Expenditure works with the cards and banks you already have, including Visa and Mastercard, so there is no card switch and no migration. We also never move or hold your money. Expenditure has no cards or payments of its own. It reads your receipts and imported statements, categorizes them and gives you a clear picture of your spend.
No. Expenditure does not connect to card or bank accounts and there is no live transaction feed. You download the statement your card or bank already offers (CSV, OFX or QFX), upload it under Import statement in your workspace, and every charge becomes an expense matched to its receipt. Receipts you capture are read by OCR and categorized straight away.
Enterprise adds SSO with your OpenID Connect provider, a custom security review, priority support and custom export formats for your books, alongside the receipt OCR, AI categorization and up-to-date spend on every plan. Choose Get started on the Enterprise card, check out by card like any other plan and your workspace opens straight away. The security review intake and priority support are both in your workspace from day one.
Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise, switch between monthly and yearly billing, as your team and your spend grow. Your expenses, categories and history stay with you, and it is all done under Billing in your workspace.
