Small finance teams getting receipts off their desk. Upload a receipt and Expenditure reads it, puts it on the right GL account and rolls it into an up-to-date view of spend across cards and vendors. Your team keeps the cards they already use.

What Starter includes

  • Receipt capture from photos and PDFs, read for vendor, date, total, tax, card and line items
  • AI categorization to your own chart of GL accounts, editable by admins
  • Up-to-date view of spend by GL account, vendor and card, company-wide for admins
  • Possible duplicates flagged when the same vendor, date and total are booked twice
  • Subscription and vendor tracking with savings insights: price creep, overlapping tools, duplicate charges and unused seats
  • CSV exports for QuickBooks Online and Xero, plus a full expense CSV
  • A private link for every seat: each person submits and sees their own expenses
  • Works with the cards and banks you already have, no card switch
