Ramp NetSuite integration, Concur NetSuite integration and Expensify NetSuite integration compared by plan and cost
Ramp NetSuite integration is not on Ramp's free plan. Ramp lists NetSuite under Plus, at $15 per user a month plus a platform fee, while Brex includes NetSuite on its $0 Essentials plan, Expensify keeps it on Control rather than the $5 Collect plan, and SAP Concur offers a native connector to US Concur Expense customers without printing a separate price. The plan you have to buy to reach NetSuite, not the headline price, is what sets the bill.

For a ten-person US team the gap is real money. Ramp Plus comes to about $1,440 a year billed annually, before a platform fee Ramp does not publish. Brex Essentials is $0, but only once the team moves its card spend to Brex. Expensify Control lists at $18 per member a month and drops to $9 with full Expensify Card use. Navan Business is free for the first five expensing users and $15 a user after that, about $900 a year for ten people. Concur Base starts at $7 per expense report, with unlimited users.
What each integration does differs too. Ramp syncs card transactions, reimbursements, bill payments and vendors through its API, with multi-entity and multi-currency support, and Enterprise adds advanced NetSuite support. Concur relaunched its connector in June 2025: it imports accounts, lists and users from NetSuite and posts approved expense reports in near real time. Expensify installs the Expensify Connect bundle inside NetSuite and exports to expense report, vendor bill or journal entry forms, with one workspace per subsidiary. Navan says its native integrations, NetSuite included, come with the subscription at no extra fee from Navan.
Expenditure takes a different route, and it is worth being plain about it. We do not run a live API sync with NetSuite. On Growth and Scale we build a journal entry file for NetSuite's CSV Import Assistant: one balanced entry per expense, grouped by External ID, debiting the expense account each receipt was coded to and crediting the clearing account you name, such as Corporate Card Clearing. Scale adds a Subsidiary column for multi-entity books, and receipts flagged as duplicates are left out of the file, so NetSuite never books the same purchase twice.
Who is that for? A NetSuite company that wants to keep its current Amex, Visa or Mastercard cards and its bank, does not want to move card spend just to get a free integration, and cares most about the receipt reading, GL coding, policy checks and approvals that happen before anything reaches the ledger. Growth costs $35 per seat a month billed yearly from three seats, or $4,200 a year for ten people. That is more than most tools on this page, and the table below says so.
Before you compare, remember that NetSuite has native expense reports of its own, and for a small team already licensed for them that may be enough. The integrations here pay for themselves when receipts, card statements and approvals live outside NetSuite and someone re-keys them every month. Measure those hours first, then price the plan that removes them.

Yearly totals model ten US employees who each file expenses. Ramp Plus at $15 x 10 x 12 is $1,800 billed monthly, $1,440 with the 20% annual discount, before the platform fee. Expensify Control is $18 or $9 x 10 x 12. Concur assumes one Base report per person a month at the $7 starting price, and SAP says price varies with your monthly commitment.
