Perk pricing, the company formerly known as TravelPerk, depends on which product you buy. Travel only runs from a $0 Starter plan with a 5% fee on each booking to a $299 a month Pro plan with 3%. Spend only is priced per active user, from $9 a month on Premium and $11 on Pro. A bundled Travel and Spend plan adds per-user pricing on top of the 3% booking fee. These figures were read on perk.com/pricing on November 1, 2026.
The page is clear on Travel only and Spend only. The bundled Travel and Spend tab shows two sets of numbers (Premium from $6 and Pro from $8 in one view, Premium from $11 and Pro from $13 in another, the second adding a debit card with cash back), and the page does not say what separates them. Ask Perk which one your quote uses. If you are comparing it with other tools, our Navan pricing and Concur pricing pages show how those two bill travel and expense.

Booking fees are subject to minimum and maximum thresholds that the page does not print. Perk also says its current Spend pricing is available for a limited time, so a price you see today is not a promise for next year. Always ask for the term length in writing.
What is an active user on Perk?
Perk defines an active user as anyone submitting or reviewing one or more expenses in a given month. That is wider than Navan, where only people who submit count. On Perk, an approver who opens one report is billed for the month, so a team with many approvers pays more than headcount of submitters suggests.
What does Perk cost at 10, 25 and 50 users?
For Spend only on Premium at $9, with every user active: $90 at 10 users, $225 at 25 and $450 at 50. On Pro at $11 it is $110, $275 and $550. Add nothing for bookings, since Spend only has no booking fee. For Travel only, the platform fee is flat, so your cost is $99 or $299 plus 3% of bookings. If your team books $20,000 of travel a month, the 3% is $600 on top of the platform fee.
That flat fee is why Travel only favors heavy bookers. At $20,000 of monthly bookings, Starter costs $1,000 in fees (5%), Premium costs $699 and Pro $899, so Premium is cheapest. Below roughly $5,000 of monthly bookings Starter wins, because $99 plus 3% costs more than 5% alone.
When Perk is the right choice and when it is not
- Frequent business travel across entities: price Perk Travel first, because booking inventory and policies are the point.
- Mostly card and vendor spend, little travel: a Spend only seat at $9 to $11 buys approvals you may not need.
- Many reviewers: count approvers as active users before you compare with per-submitter pricing.
- Receipts already on cards you hold: a tool that reads statements and receipts from any card avoids moving spend to one platform.
Expenditure is the last kind. It reads receipts and card statements, matches them, codes them to your GL and exports to QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite. Growth is $21 per seat a month billed yearly from three seats. It does not book travel, issue cards or move money, and it is software and insight, not financial, tax or accounting advice. If the invoices behind your spend are the bigger pile, accounts payable automation for invoice approval and coding is a separate job worth pricing on its own.
Questions to put to Perk before you sign
Five questions close most of the gaps the pricing page leaves open. Which of the two Travel and Spend price views applies to your quote. What the minimum and maximum booking fee thresholds are and whether they apply per trip or per traveler. How long the Spend rate is locked and what happens at renewal. Whether reviewers who only approve are billed as active users. And whether a platform fee changes if you add legal entities beyond the four included on Premium.
Write the answers down next to the quote. Vendors that publish part of their pricing often fill the rest in by email, and a figure that is not in writing is hard to hold them to a year later. Run the same five questions against any alternative so the totals are comparable, and compare on your own last-quarter booking volume and headcount, not on a sample company.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Perk cost?
Perk Travel only starts at $0 a month with a 5% booking fee, then $99 or $299 a month with 3% per booking. Perk Spend only is from $9 per active user on Premium and $11 on Pro. Bundled plans combine a per-user price with the 3% booking fee.
Is TravelPerk the same as Perk?
Yes. TravelPerk rebranded as Perk in 2026, and the old travelperk.com address now redirects to perk.com. The travel product kept its plan structure, and Perk added a spend and expense product alongside it.
Does Perk charge per booking?
Yes on Travel plans: 5% per booking on Starter and 3% on Premium and Pro, subject to minimum and maximum thresholds Perk does not print. Spend only plans have no booking fee because they do not book travel.
What is a Perk active user?
An active user is anyone submitting or reviewing one or more expenses in a given month. Approvers who open a report count, so the number can be higher than the number of people who spend.
Is Perk cheaper than Navan?
For travel-heavy small teams Navan is usually cheaper because its Business travel booking is free up to 300 employees, funded by travel provider commissions. Perk charges booking fees, so compare it on your actual monthly booking volume.
